Everything you upload to MyTimeTube remains 100% yours.

• You can download, edit, or delete them at any time.
• If you delete your account, all associated data and media are permanently erased from our servers within 30 days.

• Access is restricted only to authorized systems and never to humans.

6. No Advertisements or Third-Party Trackers

• MyTimeTube is a privacy-first, ad-free space.
• We do not show or host any ads.
• We do not use cookies or analytics tools that track user behavior.
• We do not share your activity data with any advertiser, partner, or affiliate.

7. Sharing and Visibility

• By default, everything you upload is private and visible only to you.
• You can choose to share specific memories with family or friends, but only if you explicitly select that option.
• Government Requests: We only share user data with government or law enforcement agencies if legally required by valid court orders or government mandates.

8. Zero Tolerance for Illegal or Sensitive Content

• MyTimeTube has a strict zero-tolerance policy for sexually explicit, illegal, or prohibited content.
• Accounts uploading such material will be immediately suspended and reported to authorities if required by law.
